Ms Amina Masoud is a AG. chairperson of the Council

Ms Amina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Kenyatta University. She has worked in Kenya in different capacities in several sectors for over 20 years.

She served as the first Lamu county executive committee member in charge of lands, urban development, infrastructure, water, and natural resources.

She has also served in corporate/strategic planning in different capacities at Telkom Kenya Ltd for over 10 years and shortly at the National Museums of Kenya.
